I went in somehow with my daughter, she was a year old at that time, they scolded her for coming in with a stroller, although nothing was written at the entrance that was impossible, and no one said anything. And when we asked a question, we received a rude remark. Another time I went, I wanted to buy goods, but I didn’t find anyone from the staff: neither in the hall, nor at the ticket office, I walked around the hall 2 times, stood for 10 minutes and left. Mom wanted to buy a split from them, so they also didn’t explain anything properly when she began to ask questions. Bought elsewhere. It's a shame that in such a good store such a mess! Maybe it's just me so "lucky."
