I went to the bank at 12:28 to get my card. In each pair of windows one of them at the break, and the second one works. But the windows for working with individuals (1,2) did not work both. I sat with the coupon waited 20 minutes and I was called to another window. The fact is that even that window was free, but they only called me in 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes I waited for the operator to find my card. Another 20 minutes waited for me to be summoned to the cashier (in the absence of queues) and 20 minutes at the checkout. I spent an hour and a half for lack of clients, it's a nightmare! I have never seen such negligence to clients. And the card was given an unnamed one. No professionalism in this office
