Pleasing abundance. Probably, you can adjust the purchase of bread so that stale does not flow the next day. Also sour milk: it is clear that you need to sell with a shorter shelf life, but ugly push back the freshest. Just think logistics. And an extra cashier at the checkout doesn’t hurt ..
