Our instructor is Lyudmila Sigaeva. I am very happy to study under her guidance. A wonderful specialist and just a good person. It is significant that there is a result from the lessons. The hall is cozy, very spacious, ventilated, there is all the inventory, everything is washed, which is very comfortable for me personally.

The first place where I met yoga in Samara. And so it coincided that this is a great place) I went to a very attentive and caring instructor, I will not write her name, so as not to offend the others. I will say only that at the end of the session I fell asleep)) In general, I liked it very much.
