We put the car in this service for repair. At first, the employees said that the cost of the repair would be 25,000 rubles, but it would be done under warranty. All these 10 days we were fed "breakfasts" - either the spare part did not come, then there was no one to install it. They should deliver today, but for some reason they did not deliver. A replacement car was not given, motivating it by the fact that it took them a long time to take out insurance for the cars that had just arrived for this purpose. Yesterday they promised to make our car and return it or report its condition. We went to the salon twice, but we didn’t receive an intelligible answer, until the evening no one called. We filed a claim to a dealer in Moscow - and today it suddenly turns out that we will not carry out warranty repairs. And for 39,000 rubles they will do it within two hours, without explaining why the price has risen so much. Employees speak boorishly and obviously "wind up" prices. We do not advise anyone to go to this salon, buy cars here, and even more so for service! Not to mention the fact that insurance repairs cannot be done for us for three months!
