This is some kind of horror. I bought an indicator screwdriver, it does not work - I came to return, waited in line while the manager barely breathing served the previous people. I didn’t wait and went to the department to get another screwdriver. It is impossible to find an employee there, well, at least in paints the man agreed to help me. I went to the checkout, and the cashier right in front of my nose answered the call and decided to chat with someone on the phone. Your workers are of the highest category! They didn't give me the review book, but threw it on the table. And, apparently, the authorities have not looked into it for a long time, there is not a single note about the reaction of the leadership there.

I am very grateful to the Head of the department as a competent manager Vdovina Marina, both for the timely solution of emerging problems, and for the non-standard search in their solution, previously there was no such efficiency at all! For now, we are very pleased with her work. LLC "KRD"
