Calling is not possible! And if you are lucky enough to get through, the administrator barely barely clearly answers.! The same thing I can say when you visit the clinic you are waiting for the results and the admin conducts personal conversations about clients with a cleaner or a nurse. Who did what procedures! Where is the ethics? Horror is simple.
