Disgusting place. The menu is boring and meager 5-6 courses, we had no choice. The cutlery is dirty (the knives were barely defeated with a napkin from the fat). Beer leaves only questions, does not add, with the question: - why? The waitress, looking not happy, left, took the mugs and brought them back without refilling ... Firm and confident "1 -" ...

Disgusting service, for each dish the waitress ran to ask about availability in the kitchen ... not everyone brought it and claimed that we did not order the required dishes ... khachapuri is pita bread with some kind of substance like cheese ... the toilets are dirty, the smell is disgusting, the dishes are dirty ... the portion size does not match the prices. Not recommend

I ordered food in an oasis, waiting 60 minutes, did not portend that they would leave me hungry, but it happened, my ear was not in place. After 15 minutes, the operator’s call. This news is reported to me and they ask me how we will get out of the situation. After a long conversation, we did not come to an agreement (well, who will come if the place offers you the whole price of bread for the place), as a result they dropped the phone and canceled the order, thanks for returning the money !!!

If you can set 0, I would set 0. There were 2 times at the funeral dinner, the dishes are VERY dirty, not just not grated, but as if not washed. The waiters warmed the compote for the children for 20 minutes! Napkins ate ate brought, dishes were not delivered on time, for example, between the soup and the second about 25 minutes passed. If there was a full landing, I would understand, but the institution was completely empty and almost all the workers just sat and talked. The food was delicious, I do not argue, but the service is worse than in the dining room. Then in a week there was a New Year's banquet, how do you expect and reality? ((look at the photo of grilled vegetables on the website and in the photo here) this is not the case when it looks not beautiful, but very tasty, tastes the same as it looks). For me it's terrible. The waiters didn’t bring half the fruit to the tables (apparently they needed it), as well as the juice (there were few fruits) ... they messed up the dishes, they didn’t take out some hot food, although the menu was reconciled several times! the desire to come here again disappeared completely. Disgusting attitude towards guests.
