I would like to share my impressions of purchasing a Haval F7 car. The choice fell on this showroom not by chance, from all the official dealers, and there are 3 of them in Samara (Peaceful 162, Almaty and airport highway 1, the last two addresses are one AS organization). On a peaceful, only negative experience, they try to vparit, namely to vpar dopas and unnecessary services, plus the cost of the car, while beautifully veiling all this disgrace)) Bottom line, there you can see and test the car, but no more. There are no complaints about the AC group of companies, they made a good discount and promised to deliver the dopas for free, but the configuration I needed was not available. Let's go back to the Premiere of a car or Haval, 5 out of 5. We made special stages, namely the alarm system, interior and trunk mats, crankcase protection. After receiving the car and signing me an act of acceptance of the transfer of the car, the next day I found a slight barely noticeable chip of paintwork on the door, which I immediately informed my manager Nikolai Goek. For the aforementioned trifle, Nikolai, as compensation, agreed on metal nets for radiators and the elimination of this defect. To the above, Nikolai might not have responded to my appeal to him, since the act was signed by me and the car dealership no longer bore any responsibility, this is about loyal attitude towards customers. This is how car dealerships should work, and not sell additional equipment and unnecessary, empty services for quite a lot of money into the three-way expensive. Conclusion: I recommend buying a car in Premier Auto Haval from the manager Nikolay Goek. Nikalay worked 100%, quickly gave feedback to the management, quickly solved the problem and, most importantly, did not push the dopas, but provided them as a gift for buying a car !!!

The work of managers is terrible, can't tell clearly Test drive did not wait. It would be understandable if other clients were involved, but managers simply go from corner to corner. They waited 2 hours and left.
