I went to the center to change the oil, but they flatly refused me. Now it turns out that in order to change only the oil, you need to pay 20,000 rubles, as for MOT. Was forced to send them to hell with dogs. I called TON cars in Togliatti and signed up for an oil change for 3500 with an oil filter. So you think our Samara dealers are not crazy about fat. By the way, cars are much cheaper there.

I went to the TO in this "wonderful" center, at the entrance I was greeted by the friendly manager Roman and began to breed for TO calling sky-high prices. After I announced to him the amount of which I agreed with the salon over the phone, his courtesy disappeared somewhere. He got better and began to talk through his teeth. Repaired a car with insurance with a deductible. In fact: 1. When accepting the car for repair, the "acceptance certificate" was not issued 2. They demanded to pay the deductible before the start of the repair 3. They demanded to sign an act of completion before the start of the repair 4. The manager could not name the timing of the completion of the repair 5. Made the car for almost a month 6. The manager answered all the questions: either I don't know, or I can't say 7.
