Bank for cutting budget money. Why they simulate work with individuals is not clear at all. It turns out awful. The mortgage application was considered for two months. As a result, they came to their senses when I had already registered in another bank. Then I tried to get a credit card from them, signed a permit to access my account on public services. But they still then called and asked for another personal income tax certificate to be dragged to them. Why all this if everything is on public services? And if you cannot work with state services, why do you require to sign an access permit? In general, a stupid bank.

In an empty window, the wait was about 15 minutes. There are only three clients for the entire bank. They said that the account is being blocked on the hot line, I’m returning home and you know what the hot line reports, that this can be done only upon application at the bank. The service is lovely. The hotline reports that they will not record a claim for incorrect information.

Very slow customer service, even if there are no people in the bank, you can wait a very long time. It has 5 windows, it takes 1, there are 6 people in the queue. And so it is always from May to October. I won’t come back here!

There is no such mess in any bank! I submitted an application on 7.05 and neither an answer nor a greeting until 20.05. The credit department works ugly! It comes when it pleases to hear the answer to the application lost more than an hour! More documents and lost, did not give a copy of labor !!!
