Today we signed up by phone for a haircut for a child. As a result, twenty minutes before the appointed time, they called and said that another client had come and that they wouldn’t have their hair cut today ... so I give one point for this attitude towards the client.

Strongly disappointed. I chose this salon, because everywhere there are good reviews, but I already regretted it. Was December 5 at 14.30 on hair coloring + haircut tips. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask what is the name of the master, but this is a blonde with glasses, apparently pregnant. My wishes were coloring in one tone in a COLD color (without a redhead), cutting the ends in a semicircle and styling with volume at the roots. Of course, the master was unable to accomplish any of this. The color turned out to be like cinnamon, with a bright red tint in the light, the hair was cut straight and not in a semicircle, styling is sleek. To my indignation, why did they put it without volume, the master replied “well, this is the maximum” and of course I didn’t even try to fix it (although I myself fit in other salons I always managed to make volume). For everything about everything, I gave 2900 rubles (also with grief in half, since the terminal took money from the card about the tenth time). Vobschem terribly not happy. The salon itself is in the form of an economy class, a very cheap old repair, and after the procedure no one even asked the staff if I liked it. By the way, coffee there is paid -50 rubles (it’s just ridiculous, I haven’t seen anywhere that there was paid coffee in the salon.), But I didn’t take these 50 rubles from me, they made coffee as a gift. I do not advise this institution if you respect yourself and do not want to spoil your appearance.

The master El took me to fix it. We washed off the color very carefully, spinning my hair. A little later we made a very beautiful delicate toning of the blonde. I am delighted.
