It is impossible to get through, even no beeps. They started talking about the parcel - they set the status "returned to the sender", although the parcel can still be stored half a month before it is received .... I tried to go to the department through the operators - they mumbled some learned rubbish about making a claim that only an academy professor can make. All through the portal of public services, and in its stupid quality. I knew that the Russian Post works through one place - but this is of course tin ... I have not encountered such a thing. I won’t appeal anymore - the nerves are not iron.

Terrible. I stood in line for 1.5 hours. I worked one operator out of three. Moreover, the workers were rude at the indignation of the queue. And so every time.
