Disgusting attitude towards customers. A man with dyed hair considers himself to be rude to visitors. Service by barcode in the application, which he calls "simplified", in his words, does not guarantee speeding up the process of receiving the parcel. Quite the opposite, people with paper lighting are served much faster by a woman who comes from the back room.
