The service is very slow. There is no order in the department, only one operator always works, although two are put in the state. The second is engaged in current work or it is not clear at all what. Parcels are piled in different places, employees stumble over them, everywhere there are some mountains of correspondence, constantly hanging computers, a mess in a word.

I work only louts. It’s scary even to go to the post office.
