1) I bought online, paid the entire amount at once. Imagine my surprise when the operator called me and began to clarify the order confirmation. 2) On the site it is not possible to order a service in addition to the purchase, you do a tire fitting service, it disappears into the unknown where it is not displayed in your personal account. My order took 10 days, by that time it was unrealistic to do tire fitting, everything was scheduled for 3 weeks in advance. 3) The main choice of the store fell due to the full range of services, from sale to installation and storage. Which I wanted to use, but in fact it is not. 4) a set of tires and wheels were given me 40 minutes :) This smiled at me perhaps the most. PS I activated cashback when buying, guess if it passed? As a conclusion, if during the purchase you expect that you will receive a service, do not believe the form of all the services described on the site. If you want to buy as a profitable proposition, you are ready to wait and all that follows is your choice. If someone from the manual reads, work with the staff while they were waiting, heard how rude to customers. For example, a guy came and started asking about the shares. He was very rudely answered saying that Vali didn't like it.

I highly appreciate the combination: tires + tire fitting as a gift + service. If you just buy tires, you can find options a little cheaper.

Очень долго приходится ждать продавцов. Чтобы купить аккумулятор , стоим уже минут 40. Печально. На Кирова получше будет
