Thus, I was misled, only after consulting the hotline at the Federal Tax Service itself, the errors were dispelled, I had to pay, since 2016 a new law has been in effect! Appealed to them simultaneously with the sale and purchase of housing, the price with the help of the sale of housing was immediately voiced at 50 thousand, we were not opposed, but after a couple of days, we accidentally discovered the cost of the same services on their website at 30 thousand. saying that the cost on the site is different than what was said in the office, it was audible how they talk to each other, and then we were told that the employee who deals with us has lunch and will call back later, she had lunch for more than a day. The point is not even in the cost (although this is a difference of 20 thousand!), But the fact that there is a stupid brehlo works there, and it makes no sense to continue to contact them. And we do not advise anyone.
