A good place, in the garden there is a monument to Fyodor Volkov, the founder of the first professional theater. I would like more comfort, cleanliness, flowers. Previously, there was the Church of St. Blasius and mothers and nannies with children walked here. You could buy tea, coffee, sweets. I would like to return this tradition, arrange tables, cafes with umbrellas.
