Disgusting office! They took 12 rubles for France, while I had biometrics. Departure was to Budapest from Moscow on 08.21 in the evening, on August 20, I called the office, offered to receive documents in Moscow before departure, and explained: "We had to wait 4 more passports." those. even at the courier it’s necessary to save. canceled the reservation, lost a lot of money on tickets. in the morning of August 21 they wrote, “we have your passports”. I came for passports, I didn’t even receive an apology. if you want to spend maximum money, nerves, no guarantee of terms, welcome here! And better, go around!
