The Traditions employ the most attentive teachers to your body. If you are hesitant to begin to engage in any physical activity, you are afraid of harming your health, you are embarrassed that you haven’t done anything for a long time and you’ll be a black sheep, you are definitely here. "Tradition" is true to the traditions of the practice of asanas of yoga. Your advantages when choosing this studio, which you felt: moderate prices, flexible subscription system, comfortable atmosphere both in the interior and in a group, the instructors select variations of exercises based on the student’s physical abilities and even (!) Current mood. And seasonal promotions are only "oldies" happy, but they also encourage newcomers to sign up for classes, who still have not done so. Come and see for yourself.

I go to the tradition since November 2016. Great teachers, very warm atmosphere. I am engaged with great pleasure and joy from the process and results. I am very grateful for the individual approach and the reverent attitude of teachers. I sincerely recommend visiting!
