Friends, I'm Alexander Chekhlov. Athlete (karate kyokushin) I got to yoga purely by accident. I met Larisa. She works wonders. I had some back problems, so after 4 sessions I began to feel better, became more mobile and increased energy. Yoga, works magic 😉 Recommend. I will continue to learn and practice.

I have been doing it for a year. Of the pros: 1. Convenient schedule, work seven days a week 2. Low cost of classes 3. Groups of different levels 4. Sufficient amount of equipment 5. Spacious and CLEAN room 6. There is a cooler 7. Convenient parking 8. Proximity to public transport stops 9. There is a children's and a joint yoga class for children + adults 10. Teachers with international certificates Cons: No branch on the right bank. But I will drive all the same

This studio is just class. Here, attentive to the physical health features of each practitioner. In the studio, but for now, online, you will be taught to take care of your body, nourish your soul with energy and make you more cheerful and a little happier. I recommend to everyone.

I can only say all the good things about this yoga studio !!! Wonderful atmosphere and teachers: - * From 2016 to today I attend their class, sometimes there are breaks, but I return to them again :-) Aengar yoga class helps me to keep my body and mind healthy ;-)

An excellent yoga studio, fell in love with the first lesson (since 2014), experienced teachers who will find an approach to each person, regardless of level of preparation. Incredible atmosphere 🙏
