Incompetent staff. Handled a sick cat. The cat had a tumor. Stretched out time. They didn't immediately indicate that she was not a tenant. I went to the analysis for cytology. The veterinarian, seeing the condition of the animal, did not help. The cat needed at least a drip from dehydration and a sedative. Analysis was also not taken naturally. I didn't even have time to take her home. She died in her arms from stress in terrible agony !!! It would be better if I did not take her. I'm shocked. Insensitive people !!

The clinic is gorgeous, excellent polite staff, and most importantly, they love and really care about animals. I have been using the services of this clinic for a long time already, here I also advised parents and neighbors to contact everyone, everyone is happy! Not so long ago, we were given a kitten, we took him to the clinic, as it turned out he was sick, and he had to be left there for inpatient treatment, the amount voiced for the treatment we arranged, we are pleased with the results, the kitten recovered and we took him back home.
