In some places there is spoiled plaster, no interesting and at least some memorable decisions, a terrible playground with spoiled amusements, which, by the way, can harm children, and to top it all off, this site has a huge parking lot for cars. I hope I do not need to explain why parking and cars are bad. By the way, there are also three driveways in this building. The first is for cars. The second is for pedestrians, and the third and most interesting is for the patriarch or metropolitan, who is opened only for his holy car, well, or for the car of the rector. Also at the expense of a special fare for the car of the messengers of God. The gate with the entrance is opposite the pedestrian crossing, which in turn is adjacent, as described above, to the sidewalk. And if you want to say that this building was created for switching with a higher power, then I hasten to upset you, since such a status only adds more responsibility, and while in Europe and America all points of good architecture are carefully observed, buildings in Russia, including including this, brazenly put on all the requirements.
