Came to celebrate a birthday. Sauna was ordered from 19:00 to 22:00. They wanted to go at 18:57, but the “extremely polite” staff offered to wait outside for minus temperatures. When it was 22:00, we were extremely rudely asked to leave. Several people were not even allowed to put on their jackets, suggesting a reminder of how they dress in the army while the match is burning! The pool is cold, one hour before the end of time the baths were turned off (at the end it was just warm in the bath). As a result, the equipment itself and the extremely boorish attitude of the staff did not like it !!!

The pool is good. Purely. Staff could be more polite.
