A good fitness club, there is a sauna (shared), a shower, a room for groups, a large number of exercise equipment, spacious dressing rooms, the only minus is one toilet for the changing room, and there is nowhere to wash your hands except the toilet.

I’ve been going to the hall in the New City for the third month. The atmosphere in the hall is cool, the staff is always friendly and it is clear that they really try to make everyone in the hall feel comfortable! When I come here immediately the mood rises and after physical exertion the condition improves. In general, if you want to change something in your life, start with yourself, and this room is the best solution!

A normal room where you can engage in just like that, and in group classes. It is nice to be here because the atmosphere is good, the clean rooms and the staff keep an eye on the equipment (fitness equipment, showers, pool). The staff politely communicates, the coach tries to select an individual approach to each.

I go to a club that was recently opened in Zasvyazhye. Well, as recently ... Somewhere in 2018-2019, probably. I’ve been doing trainer for more than a year. They developed a detailed diet for me, advised me what to change in my lifestyle, and picked up a program for classes. In the first year we achieved a good result, and it was possible to change the figure dramatically, but this is not the end - you need to work a lot, because the decree has launched itself a lot, and I still have a lot of work to do!
