Cafe interesting design, delicious food, good staff. In general, the cafe was opened not too long ago, but in such a small amount of time it became my favorite cafe, where you can sit with friends, take your sister and brother and while they play, drink coffee, etc. But there is 1 minus, the sister quickly gets cold and after leaving the game room, the floor is bare and cold. And so good institution!

Inexpensive! There is everything for the entertainment of children! Delicious dishes!

This Palace of Culture has a long history - it starts from the Volgolag Culture House. Then, after the new building was built, it belonged to the Cable Factory. When the Hungarians arrived to work at the factory, Budapest was opened here - a club with a bar and a disco. In the foyer of the Palace is a unique sculpture of the "sitting" Lenin, the work of the great Mukhina! This is a rare example of a sculptural Soviet Leninian !!! In general, the Palace makes a good impression. Everything is clean, repaired, put in order. One of the few facilities adapted for disabled people is wheelchair users.

The cafe is normal, at 3. Of the pluses, there is where to sit, play for children, well, you can order some food. Of the minuses, cold floors, children run out of the playroom and immediately onto the cold floor. Not very nice. And still not very comfortable.
