Outraged, I approached the girl who helps visitors at the entrance and near the ATMs, I asked why they didn’t call for so long and we can wait until morning, she answered me rudely: “If necessary, you will wait until morning”. I gave up all the waiting and arrived home called the Savings Bank, by phone all issues were resolved within 3 minutes. In general, I visit this department for the third time in my life and every time I come across rude staff, I want to wish them well!
