I was approached several times, pleasant girls were at the reception, they were well and quickly served. In the summer, I donated blood, a laboratory assistant was crazy, crawled on my arm with a needle until I fell into a swoon, the blood never recovered. There was never any problem with taking blood. Money back.

I am extremely disappointed and indignant at the organization of the reception and attitude towards the patient, both from the side of the receptionist and from the ENT doctor. Rather, I am outraged that the patient as a result was left without help at all, and even on the weekend!
