I want to share information about the manager Anna Skorobogatova (it seems like her last name). I called on Tuesday to sign up for diagnostics and repair of the clutch. There were 4 calls, in the morning, everything was agreed, approved, and the final sum, what to expect and what amount. She said that we are participating in the action, that is, the price of the service is much lower. Enrolled us for diagnostics and .... away we go. Arriving at the appointed time, I found that: 1) I was recorded at the wrong address, which I asked, but in the other end of the city, 2) our car does not participate in the action, by definition, because the model is not so special for this moment. 3) and the most "funny" thing is that there is no such clutch not in the service center where we were, and where we had to find out everything, not in the place where we were recorded. I would like to express my HUGE gratitude to Anton Vadimovich, the foreman, who figured out the situation, told everything, explained, made sure that our car needed and helped with the choice of the service. Many thanks to him !!!!

Hello! We were with my husband at the next MOT, we had good impressions, from the moment of recording to the completion of work. The salon is clean, you can watch TV, read, have a snack while waiting. I would especially like to note the work of the service employees: Andrey Sergeevich Gurkin, this is a competent, responsive, intelligent employee, he explained everything clearly, answered a bunch of our questions we are addressing him not for the first time and we want to cooperate with him from now on. I would also like to note the friendliness and participation of the girls working in the service. I ask you to somehow encourage the listed employees :)

The disgusting attitude of manager Vladislav Baumbakh. Refused to consult and provide services until I provide my personal data. I encountered such a policy only at unofficial dealers. The officials Hyundai and Skoda received a full consultation without any difficulties. The policy of the salon or the manager personally is unpleasant!
