I visit the club quite recently, but I really want to write a review. The Nadezhda trainer selected the perfect time and training program aimed at solving my problem. The training is always different, intense, strong, relaxing, aimed at different muscle groups. Despite the fact that group trainer has time to show the exercise, explain the technique of execution, go to each and fix it! In the end, I feel like an individual training. When choosing a club for me it was very important that the training took place in a cozy, comfortable and modern room, and also to have a large parking lot near the building. In general, the club is a real find for me, I was not mistaken in my choice and would recommend to everyone.

I love this studio for its comfort, for small groups, for the sea of ​​light, for the warmth with which they are greeted. Nadya is a very responsible coach, she strictly follows the technique of execution, applies her ingenuity and knowledge so that training is always varied, interesting, and effective. It's great when you find your studio and your coach!
