How to scare your future customers away. We walked past this coffee shop, but went to the neighbors, in Kulikovsky, bought coffee and dessert from them. When we left the coffee shop, we saw unbranded tables and decided to sit down at one of them. After 3 minutes the administrator came out and said that these were the tables of the coffee shop "Kofebulka" and she strongly recommends that the NEXT TIME not sit down at them with the products of other establishments. To which we politely replied that we took the information into account and the next time we would not stop at their tables. This was not enough for the staff of the coffee shop, and literally a minute later a young man came out and asked to IMMEDIATELY leave the unbranded table, which belongs to "Coffeebulka". Dear owners, train your staff to adequately respond to guests, even with someone else's products! After all, if your employee came up and offered your delicious excellent buns or dessert to our coffee, we would be happy to try your dessert, and would come back to you more than once and recommend you to all friends! And when your staff tries to drive out visitors, I draw conclusions about the customer focus of your establishment. This behavior of the staff was very upsetting. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, there is no desire to enter your institution. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Americano coffee is sour and cold, if you spray it into the face of the "barista" - it will not burn 100%. I did not even drink "this is coffee." Here it is really IT. GNO. The wife did not check out Caesar’s salad either, especially smoked chicken roll in it. We wanted originality - it turned out as always. In short, I won’t go there anymore.

Workers are extremely restless and slow. They talk as if they were whispering under their breath. Because of this, it is difficult to understand whether your order has been heard or not. When indicating a mistake in the check, I’m trying to blame you for not saying it yourself. When I collected my order, consisting of a cake, the cashier girl simply crushed the air cream with her hand. In response, I was asked to choose a completely different type of dessert, because they had no other cakes ... A trifle, but it was not clever for her, because a line of 5 of me already began to whisper nervously.
