The ugly organization of the tour! It began with the fact that our departure should be at 5 in the morning, and at 21-00 a company representative called us and said that the groups had not been dialed and that three groups had to be combined into one bus (Crimea, Arkhipo-Osipovka, and Lazarevskoye) and the departure was postponed at one in the morning. To people who live in the city, this state of affairs is still bearable, but it turned out that there were people in the group who had to break off from the suburbs in a taxi in order to catch the bus. Instead of 27 hours to the hotel, we drove 36 hours. Landing groups first in the Crimea, then in Arkhipo-Osipovka. The return trip promised to be within reason. But no matter how! The bus took our group from Lazarevsky and we did not go to Samara, but collected all the groups that had landed earlier. The return trip to Samara took forty (!) Hours. But that is not all. As representatives of the hotel told us, such an “association” of groups is constantly practiced by the Bus-tour company. Those. it was not force majeure, but the deliberate misrepresentation of us customers. In general, we decided not to use the services of this company anymore, although before this incident we had no complaints - we went to Arkhipka several times and everything was in order.
