January 31, we were in this institution, we didn’t plan a visit, we arrived with a gift after our birthday (portable speaker), at the entrance we asked her to return. And when we left, she was not returned. At first we forgot about her, but after about 10 minutes we came back for her, we were told that she was in the safe, the key to the safe from the person who had already gone home seemed to us strange, but we were tired, drunk, and did not want to sort it out . I arrived today for the column, but they tell me that it is not! Well, how is that? The institution itself is very cozy, the hookah is not bad, the price tag is not low, but quite acceptable, but this situation is the most unpleasant, which happened to me in such places! Very unpleasant!!!! I hope you read it and figure it out !!! If you think that this is normal, then I don’t think so, I think most of your visitors too. Thanks for the spoiled holiday!

However, I can still understand this, perhaps people want to protect themselves from false bookings, to hell with it. What I can’t understand is why the managing director Victoria receives and shares the right to a song out of turn on her birthday, more than once. We, after the first performance, waited two hours. Every now and then the performers out of turn turned out to be participants in the celebration in honor of the previously mentioned birthday girl, without any notification, as is customary. And later, the line simply froze on their table, making the rest wait. I arrived in Novosibirsk, and hoping to have a good time in the company of friends, I decided to give the institution another chance (they had already messed up a lot before). Oh, nothing.
