Unless, of course, you prefer Eastern insect cuisine. The bartender says there is nothing he can do. Plain black tea is horribly overpriced. For a "teapot" ± 400 ml, where just one bag of black tea + lemon they ask for 190 rubles. It. Simply. Tea. There was enough for one mug and another 1/3 of this mug. The same applies to other items in the menu and the bar map. How can that be? I understand that the city is big, the rent is not cheap. But this is a bad quality in this area. Bartenders boldly answer questions as if they are showing off, for example, about the same tea. Apparently the management did not convey to its employees that it is the guest who brings them the salary and profit of the organization. Of the advantages I see only modern music and interior. So the question arises, do you want to drink tea / coffee and go about your business, sitting at the table. And you choose a place where you feel comfortable. So the question arises, why is there such a bar at all, where people are ripped off, they communicate rudely with them, where they make fun of you by bringing you the most ordinary tea. If you respect yourself, I recommend choosing another place for leisure. I was also lucky to hear from the locals that drugs are used here. November 30, 2020

We adore Nebar with my friends! No matter what day of the week we come, there are always people, good music is playing, an atmosphere of fun reigns, in general, everything is like on weekends! At the institution: gorgeous cuisine, delicious cocktails (in the morning we ALWAYS feel good, such alcohol is only in "NEBAR" and it is very pleasing). We are very glad that there is such an establishment in Novosibirsk! Wait for a visit, we are now your regular customers!

Having been in the sky, I can say one thing that this is the best institution in Novosibirsk, from the very entrance pleases the communication of the security guard with the guest, they are greeted from the heart and explain everything if you ask any question, also in the hall there is an excellent mask that pleases positive waiters and energetic barmen, the bar atmosphere is super people there is always a lot to have fun with.
