Персонал не видит, что надо подойти к клиенту, сигнал рукой тоже не помог, в итоге пришлось подойти к официанту самому чтобы сделать заказ. Зачем они всей толпой стоят на входе совсем не понятно, когда на входе должен стоять один хостес и рассаживать гостей. Девочка в игровой комнате вовсе имеет слабое понимание что делать с детьми. Фраза приятного аппетита официантам не знакома. Ну и самое, что задело больше остального, вся толпа официантов не в курсе что в кафе есть комната матери и ребенка. Зато к курсе уборщица, правда сообщила она об этом когда мы уже сменили памперс в общем туалете.

Young waitresses do not understand the menu, they run around the hall with frightened eyes, the order is brought in a chaotic manner (what they cook in advance is served: first soup, and then the second and salad, and bread (ciabatta) at the very end ..). Cutlery was brought not all and not at all. The dishes use absolutely pale and tasteless tomatoes (where were they found in the season?!), The soup from the children's menu is much saltier than the soup from the adult menu ... After calling (pressing the button), the waiter does not come for a long time .. --- I would especially like to note the double attitude towards the guests of the cafe: in the context of a pandemic at the entrance to the cafe, we measured the temperature and demanded to put on masks, at the same time, such requirements were not presented to the guests who came right in front of us. There was no answer to our question regarding the reasons for this approach ... In addition, the check for payment was brought without chewing gum and chocolates, unlike the guests at the next table .. I had to draw the attention of the waiters to this .. In general, visiting this particular restaurant left a double feeling .. It is imperative to improve the quality of service in order to preserve the brand! Unfortunately, the PizzaFactory is not the same .. (

We stopped by to have a pizza with children. The staff are very polite, they offered a table, and also worried about the youngest member of the family, offering a highchair) The order was brought sooo quickly, honestly did not expect it, and the waitress, the girl constantly monitored the cleanliness of the table, took away the dirty dishes on time, despite the fact that the hall was full of visitors! My daughter also really liked the children's room, I had to persuade her to leave)) Thank you PizzaFabrika for a pleasant pastime!
