Romanovsky museum

A petite museum about the former Russian loyal family. A nice place to visit during a short stopover.

Very interesting and in a lovely town!

The museum itself is small, but looks magnificent from the street. Inside there is a lot of history, but you need to get on a good guide who would plunge into it. Take care of this in advance! Tickets are inexpensive - 200 rubles, an excursion to a group costs only 600 rubles. Along the way, with a permanent exhibition there are thematic exhibitions.

The museum was built on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty in 1913. Since then, it has regularly performed its task. Recently visited the exhibition of N. Safronov. Excellent exposure!
