We decided to celebrate the children's birthday of our daughter in Quantum. For five girls 11-12 years old we ordered three pizzas and two teapots of tea. As it turned out, the small teapots quickly ran out (according to the menu 750ml, and coffee mugs). We wanted to order two more kettles, but the waiter did not wait. There were no bartenders or waiters, none of the staff at the workplaces! At the reception, two aunts are sitting from under the forehead, looking and answering through their teeth. Day of week tuesday. Very rude staff, the holiday is ruined. No more foot there.

On December 2, 2020, a company of four people went on the action "no limit 1180". The conditions of the promotion state that no more than one menu item can be ordered per person: eat - can order more. The dishes were carried for a very long time, in time it took from 50 minutes to as much as an hour and 40 minutes in our case. They said on the phone that the use of the machines is free, but upon arrival we found that they did not work, which was disappointing. As a result, they ordered very little, since there was no other opportunity for soap and could go much cheaper without this promotion. Upset.

Celebrated 11 years old son's birthday. I liked it very much! The table was laid on time, everything is beautiful, neat, very tasty! Polite, helpful staff! The menu is varied. Thank you very much for the service and for the surprise congratulation from Quantum on the birthday!
