I strongly do not recommend ordering anything in this institution. We are lovers of mousse cakes. We ordered them wherever possible in Yekaterinburg. We decided to try something new and order here. Let's start, first, with the fact that it was impossible to agree on color, weight, etc. characteristics of the cake - confectioners with great reluctance respond to messages after an hour, flipping from one confectioner to the second. Secondly, delivery on the appointed day, birthday, when guests-parents arrived from another city over 400 km, is delayed by 40 minutes. Naturally, no one apologizes. Well, and thirdly, after 2-3 hours at room temperature after delivery, the cake is cut and impossible to cut. Ice crunches on a knife. Guests try - it is also impossible to eat, it is frozen. All this is communicated to the confectioners and the only thing they offer is to pick up the birthday cake and that’s all. After all this story, they answer - you had to order delivery in the evening, everything would be fine, but for some reason no one had warned about anything until that day, there weren’t even any risks, we ourselves had to guess or the same "professionals" to warn customers? We asked to somehow compensate, return 20% of the cost of the cake and for late delivery, because the day is ruined, and the manufacturers do not care, they answer "eat in the evening." The birthday was a failure, the guests left without tasting the cake. In arrogant form, much was written and said. I consider complete incompetence and lack of professionalism for such a considerable amount of money the entire current situation. Probably, Elena and Alena (owners of a wonderful institution) have the norm to answer the client “I would not accept your order with pleasure from the very beginning,” without any desire to resolve the situation.
