Horror!!!!! They came to relax, climbed into the pool, found a tuft of hair there! They called the administrator, she didn’t react, she talked on the phone, and said to wait until she finishes! Then she simply removed this tuft of hair and that’s it! Just in shock! They don’t know how to handle visitors! Boorish appeal! Pigsty!

Nightmare. Complete unsanitary conditions. Everywhere mold and fungus. Water in the pool does not seem to change ever. Shreds of hair are floating, algae are already near the slide.
