Today I visited this miracle coffee house. For the first time I see such a super braking service. At first she was waiting at the table, no one came up, went to the bar, the girl asked, would you take with you or will you eat here? I say, here. She - then sit down, we will bring you a menu. I say, no one comes to me, can I order here. I ordered a medium cappuccino on coconut and strudel. I sat down to wait ... 15 minutes passed, no order. By the way, at the neighboring tables, people also waited a long time, who was at the expense, who was the order, they were also outraged. Four waiters “work”, but it’s not clear what they are doing. I again go to the counter, saying - how soon will my order be? To which the barista answers me - what do you have? 🤦🏼‍♀️ There was no more strength to wait. I was in different coffee houses in different countries, but I have not seen such a detached attitude to my business. Could at least come up and say something like - sorry, you have to wait If you already work in such a place, then you need to be somehow more attentive to visitors

The salads are delicious, the coffee is so-so. But the worst part is, they forgot a bottle of champagne on the table. They remembered the next day, called. They did not confess). They say no to them. Well, okay, I’m not sorry, drink to your health. Happy New Year.
