I have a double impression on the evaluation of an apartment for a mortgage from this company. On the one hand, they rated me an apartment in the end at a normal price, I got a mortgage. But I had to get nervous because of the report, since the report itself does not reflect the real situation on the market. Evaluation of the apartment is made by comparing similar apartments from the classifieds site. My apartment was compared with 5 apartments, 3 of which were fakes, that is, the presence of beautiful photos + a very low price, there are many such ads and there simply are no such apartments. Because of this comparison, I was warned that my apartment would be cheap. When I saw and read the report, I had no words, except obscene, about the quality and reliability of such work. But, I repeat, in the end everything turned out well and I got the mortgage in full. And the company people are pretty nice, convenient location of the office.

For a long time I was tinkering with the bookkeeping of my IP ... as a result, I outsourced this company and forgot it like a nightmare. The accountants there are certainly harsh, but they do everything clearly.
