I ordered an Oreo cake on the website, chose self-pickup from the Enthusiasts, warned who exactly would pick it up. After confirming the online payment (I paid immediately when ordering), only SMS came that the order was accepted, if you have any questions, call this number. I ordered the cake for my husband's birthday, on the day the cake was issued, they went out of town to celebrate. Just before leaving, the son-in-law called, who was receiving the cake. They did not give him the cake, they said that it was issued for delivery. I myself began to talk to the waiter, she asked for at least some confirmation of payment and that the cake was for pickup. In general, I deleted the SMS so that my husband would not see or find out about the surprise. But he still found out, maybe he was in the next room and heard my conversation with the waiter. The cake is delicious, the service is bad. The cake was received in the end, but the surprise from the bakery fell through. No thanks.
