They came to order a cake at 17:55 on Solnechnaya St. 6 V! "Manager" on the phone took the order, talked rudely! It was necessary to leave immediately! Because Talked to us quite the same !!! In a hurry, although they worked until 20:00 !! There were constantly the following phrases: “let's get faster, let's get faster”, “why you didn’t get ready, you should have looked at the site in advance and come and said the cake number from the catalog!”, “If I show you cakes on the site it will take a very long time ! " and everything like that !!! How so? Why do such people work for you? I can’t call employees !! This is rudeness! not professionalism! you absolutely do not hold on to your customers !! I can say for sure that we will not order from you anymore !!!! And I will tell everyone about such a lack of professionalism !!! When we got out, she and one of the employees ran to smoke, apparently this is where they were in a hurry !!!
