The waiting time and the statement (for property tax) took about 12-15 minutes. Of course, specialist operators are not very friendly and are a little arrogant, but they do their job and are already "friends" with computers ..

Boorish service. Was at registration IP. In the 4th window, the lady, in principle, did not want to communicate and answer questions. In the 7th window the situation is better, but the employees clearly do not like their work, and especially the clients. And the most important! They sell a customer base there !!! The next day I began to receive offers on social networks to open a current account, because they have information about opening IP, from suspicious persons with fake pages.

I happen often. The electronic line is moving pretty fast. The staff is not very sociable due to the large flow of customers.

Perhaps lucky, ran under the closure, but served. All teeth did not smile, just did their job and thanks for that. In another tax, his eyes bulged and they rotated terribly, apparently a lot depends on people on the ground, and not on the service as a whole.
