It turned out that we needed to print the questionnaires, the voucher ourselves - the tour operator did not inform us. It was in the evening - there was nowhere to print. And after sending - there was silence. Usually the tour operator says all the conditions, here we learned that the weight should be 10kg when we were already in the aero. And then after our questions. We were not warned. Not informed about anything. Where to leave things to us then? We spent a lot of nerves. A great start to your holiday thanks to the tour operator. At the registration we were lucky - they were allowed to take away 15kg per person, and now we have to look for ways out of the situation. The tour operator did not suggest that it is better to leave for us, for example, on October 30, so that the kg does not decrease yet, or offer to pay a surcharge, since there is a 50% discount right away. She did none of this. After my numerous requests and questions, she began to answer rudely and rude. She did not help to solve any issue and situation. Now we are on vacation and do not know what to do with the departure: what to do with the luggage and its excess. She refused to help us. She provided us with a service incompletely. The attitude after the sale changed dramatically. I ask the management to take action on the tour operator Anna, who works in the office in the City of Vologda.
