I agree with Elena, nothing has changed in 2 years, the service is normal. But the very attitude of the bank to people is consumerist. They pestered me with phone calls to give me a Halva card, after 2 weeks of conversations I decided to go and pick up the card, set a date and time by phone. I arrived and there they are already waiting for me😁. No matter how it is, they don't know, oh my God, they need a passport well and everything is needed to issue a card, we fill out a questionnaire, the bank approves and what do you think is happening 😂. They tell me the bank approved your application, but without a credit limit (I don't need a credit limit, I just needed a deposit with cashback), the manager's reaction: she simply removes the card and says that everyone will come back another time, maybe they will approve with a credit limit, it seems that the manager himself does not know that the Halva card is a credit-debit card and this is sad. Apparently managers are not being trained and not encouraged to learn. This is the problem of the head of this branch of the bank, shame and shame on him!
