The Russian Post Office has a Post Bank counter. It’s hard to call a bank branch. What services are provided here is difficult to say. Being here is not very pleasant. Pretty dirty, all worn and old. One or two employees work.

Contribution to the Post Bank is one of the most profitable. Few people can offer such interest rates. Either any sharashkin offices, where they promise all 12%, or Sberber with its 5%. And Mail is the golden mean.
