I came to receive plastic by credit card. When asked to show the contract, they answered that the contract had already been signed and went to e-mail. The question is - who signed it and whose mail did it go to? What is the problem to issue a duplicate of the contract for free? I was told that it costs 500 rubles. If you find a person who signed my agreement, ask if he wants to repay my loan?

At the counter, I was met by a very sweet and friendly girl Tatyana Vorobyova. The first time, in my experience, a bank employee said hello to introduce himself, despite the presence of a badge.
