Small, quiet, thought-provoking. Construction 1901. The Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos is an Orthodox church of the Russian Orthodox Church (Novosibirsk diocese) in the city of Novosibirsk. The wooden building of the church, the only temple that was cut into the paw, which survived in the city after the fire of 1909, is an architectural monument (since 1990) and is under state protection.

In June 2009, construction work was fully completed and on June 27, the temple was consecrated.

On October 14, 1994, the temple was consecrated and reopened for believers. In 1998, it was decided to reconstruct the dilapidated wooden church building. A project was developed, including the restoration of the bell tower and the drum with a tent-like finish and glavka. In January 2002, restoration work began. The old building was completely demolished, a new basement was built on which a new church building was erected from wood, which completely repeats the pre-revolutionary construction with its outlines and details.
