The child consultant, Dr. Mohammed Al-Anzi, presented through his account in the Instagram a Swedish study showing that the mother who cleans her baby's sucker by putting it in her mouth is less susceptible to disease. Noting that the study of 184 children compared between parents who use hot water, and those who clean the mouth; the result showed that those who use saliva, their children are 50% less susceptible to allergies, asthma and eczema. The study explained that the exposure of the child at a young age to play parents, and the transfer of microbes from the mother's mouth to her child helps to develop and strengthen the immune system, and thus protect him from some diseases.
